Refunds & Cancellation
We would rather you leave happy than stay billed. This page explains exactly how that works.
1. Your trial never auto-charges
The Trial plan is free and does not ask for a card. It will not convert into a paid plan on its own, and it will never charge you. If you want Pro, you have to choose it.
2. Canceling
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing, or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep Pro until then, and you are not billed again.
We do not require you to email us, phone anyone, or explain yourself to cancel.
3. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Canceling stops future billing rather than refunding a period you have already paid for — you keep access until the end of that period. Two exceptions, because they are fair:
- Accidental renewal. If an annual plan renewed and you had not meant to continue, tell us within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund it.
- We broke it. If the Service was unusable for a meaningful stretch of your billing period because of a fault on our side, we will refund pro rata.
Where we do refund, it goes back to the original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
None of this affects any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, which we honor where they apply.
4. What happens to your work
Every file you have already exported stays yours — DXF, STL and PDF, with no license attached and nothing that expires. Canceling does not reach into your hard drive.
Your paid access ends at the close of the period you already paid for. Your library is preserved and stays readable, and you can export your existing work; to add or edit tools again you will need an active Basic or Pro plan. We do not delete your work for lapsing — it comes back when you resubscribe.
5. How to ask
Contact us with the email on your account. No form to fill in and no retention script to sit through.
