Billing questions

Will my trial turn into a paid plan automatically?
No. The Trial does not ask for a card and will never auto-charge you. When your 7-day trial ends, you choose Basic or Pro to keep going.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days to trace real tools and build full drawers with no limits, and to preview your work as a drawing PDF — no card required. Downloading the cut files (DXF and STL) and the request-for-quote PDF needs a paid plan, so you can build your whole tray before you pay for the outputs. When the trial ends, choose Basic or Pro to keep working.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings → Billing or the Stripe portal. It takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep your plan until then.
Do I keep my files if I cancel?
Yes. Every DXF, STL and PDF you have exported is yours permanently, with no license attached. Your library is preserved — to keep editing you'll need an active Basic or Pro plan, and everything comes back when you resubscribe.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, with fair exceptions for an accidental renewal or an outage on our side. See Refunds & Cancellation for the details.
