Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It is short because the list of things we care about is short. Use Shadow Forge to design foam trays; do not use it to harm other people or the Service.
1. Do not misuse the Service
- Do not attempt to breach, probe or circumvent security, authentication or plan limits.
- Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service, or use it through automated means we have not published.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Do not overload the infrastructure, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- Do not upload malware, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorised access.
2. Do not misuse your account
- Do not share your credentials outside your organisation, or resell access.
- Do not impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Do not create accounts to evade a suspension or to re-run a free trial.
3. Content limits
Do not upload content that you do not have the rights to, that is unlawful, or that infringes someone's intellectual property or privacy. Do not upload photographs of people who have not agreed to it — you are photographing tools, so this should be easy.
You are responsible for what you cut. Do not use the Service to produce anything unlawful where you are.
4. Enforcement
If you violate this policy we may limit, suspend or terminate your account. We will use judgement and, where the situation allows, we will contact you first — a misconfigured script is not the same thing as an attack. Serious or repeated violations may be terminated without notice.
To report a violation, contact us.
